How To Change Iphone Camera Resolution:
To change the camera resolution on an iPhone, you can follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap on “Camera.”
- Scroll down and tap on “Formats.”
- Select “Most Compatible” to take photos with lower resolution or “High Efficiency” to take photos with higher resolution.
- If you want to take photos in a specific resolution, you can also toggle on “Keep Normal Photo” and it will save the original resolution photo along with the edited one.
It’s worth noting that the default resolution for photos on the iPhone 12 is 12MP (megapixels) and for videos it’s 4K, you can change it to 8MP or 10MP in the settings. Also, keep in mind that the higher the resolution, the larger the file size of the photo, which can take up more storage on your device.
Also, the resolution of the video recording can be changed in the settings by going to Settings > Camera > Record Video > Select the desired resolution (1080p HD, 720p HD, or 4K).
