How to Change Signature in Outlook Email on Desktop and Mobile
To change the signature in Outlook on a desktop computer:
- Open Outlook and click on the “File” tab in the top left corner.
- Click on “Options” in the left menu.
- In the Outlook Options window, click on the “Mail” tab in the left menu.
- Scroll down to the “Signatures” section.
- To create a new signature, click the “New” button. To edit an existing signature, select it from the list and click the “Edit” button.
- In the Edit Signature window, type your new signature in the text box. You can use the formatting options at the top of the window to change the font, size, and color of the text.
- When you are finished, click “OK” to save your changes.
To change the signature in Outlook on a mobile device:
- Open the Outlook app on your mobile device.
- Tap the menu icon in the top left corner (it looks like three horizontal lines).
- Tap “Settings” in the menu.
- Tap “Email signature” in the settings list.
- In the Email signature screen, you can type your new signature in the text box. You can use the formatting options at the top of the screen to change the font, size, and color of the text.
- When you are finished, tap “Save” to save your changes.
